Phil founded Phil May Landscape Architect in 1982, a graduate of Oregon State University in 1982 with a degree in landscape architecture. he oversees every aspect of landscape design and documentation. Phil has over 34 years of experience designing and constructing landscape projects. He has handled a variety of projects ranging from industrial, commercial, mixed-use, municipal development and home projects. Phil May Landscape Architect current clientele includes consulting engineers, architects, developers, public agencies and municipalities throughout Southern California.

Rosalio Serna

Office Manager/ Landscape Designer

Rosalio is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona in 2005 with a degree in landscape architecture. Since graduating Rosalio has been part of the Phil May Landscape Architect team working in a variety of projects ranging from industrial, commercial and custom homes. His areas of expertise include site design, water management, preparation of construction documents and client management

Francisco J. Fernandez

Landscape Designer

Francisco has experience and education in architecture and landscape architecture. Frank holds a Bachelor degree in landscape architecture from Cal Poly Pomona in 2006 and an Associate degree in architecture from the College of the Desert in Palm Desert in 2002. His expertise in both disciplines helps him bring innovative solutions to the implementation of landscape design. His keen eye for attention to details makes him a valuable source for the preparation of construction details.
