Task.01

HOA/CITY SUBMITTALS

We will provide the Client with the required plans and design exhibits for HOA/DRC submittal. Most plans are approved on a first submittal with about 20% requiring minimal revisions. Generally speaking the Contractor will submit the plans, along with engineering, to the City.

Task.02

CONTRACTOR BIDS

Per client request Phil May Landscape Architects can send the plans out to client preferred landscape contractors bidding purposes. We are a design/build company and can also provide construction bids to our clients.
