PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE 

Task.01

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

At the end of the conceptual design phase a preliminary cost estimate will be put together estimating square footages and liner feet of proposed hardscape and planting items.  Preliminary cost estimates will also be provided for site elements such as pools, barbecues, patio covers, fountains and fire features.

Task.02

EXCEL ESTIMATE

With the rough layout complete we input all of the estimated quantities and item pricing into Excel for all of the project costs to include utilities, site preparation, site elements, hardscape, planting, irrigation, lighting, and engineering & permitting.

Task.03

CLIENT REVIEW

The preliminary cost estimate is presented to the Client. If the estimate is over budget we will discuss a hierarchy of site elements and determine which areas to focus funds and which to cut. We also offer suggestions and creative solutions to get the costs down.
