KICKOFF MEETING 

Task.01

PREPARE BASE PLAN

 

A project designer will used the the plot plan (shows the building footprint and property lines) and/or a site survey, along with the first floor plan, to create an accurate Base Plan in Autocad.

Task.02

REVIEW IDEABOOKS

 

Understanding how the Client visualizes their future space is one of the most important aspects of the design process. The design team will review all information provided by client such as notes and images in order to start putting a conceptual design ready.

Task.03

DEISGN PROCESS BEGINS 

 

Design team starts to analyze all the spaces, architecture of the building, views, setbacks, topography and client information.  Next step is to start putting ideas on paper and then transfers them to computer in order to create the first conceptual design.

Task.04

REVIEW LIMITATIONS

 

During the first concept design, design team will discuss client budget, and how to prioritize within that, City and HOA setbacks, material restrictions, and height requirements, as well as safety and accessibility.
