Task.01

REFINEMENTS

During the Construction Documentation phase we start to provide more detail drawings and specifications that include quantities, colors, finishes and sizes in addition drawings will show required dimensions, callouts and notes for landscape contractors to follow.

Task.02

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION SET 

At the end of the Construction Documentation phase clients will be given a set of plans that will include the following plans, Hardscape, Hardscape Details, Pool (if needed), Patio Cover (if needed),  Planting, Irrigation, Lighting and Drainage.  Some plans might be excluded from a set of plans depending on items included in the Landscape Proposal agreements.  Final Construction Documentation set can be given to contractors for bidding purposes and used for city submittal for permits.
