Following the team kickoff meeting design team will start to prepare the first initial in-house sketches and concepts. Gathered information will then be transfer into Autacad where concept design will be finalized and ready for first print that will be presented to client.
Upon completion of the conceptual draft preliminary cost estimate based on the current design square footages and quantities. We review these in-house to ensure that we are within our budget range and make design revision adjustments as needed.
CONCEPT DESIGN REVISIONS
After presenting first concept design, the Phil May Landscape Architect team will go over client comments, redlines and suggestion. Concept design along with preliminary cost estimate will be revised and printed for second client meeting. Revisions will continue to be made to concept design, until client is satisfy with overall design. Once concept design is finalized Construction Documentation will begin.
